Twelve Hundred is an installation that consists of 1.200 pieces of handmade wood blocks. They were cut, sanded, sprayed and installed, in approximately 40 hours.
Installed at Woburn Research Centre - alongside the works of four fellow artists - the work reflects on labour, persistence, balance, anticipation and failure, notions that are often present in the process of art-making.
