Transfinite condition

PHOTOGRAPHY, 2010

These photographs distill New York into a study of surfaces and density. The built environment becomes an organism of geometry and repetition, a landscape of vertical grids and narrow voids. The images move between compression and openness. The city is seen as structure rather than a spectacle, a portrait of accumulation, where architecture becomes both the subject and the trace of life within it.
